3 Paths in Your Future: Which one will you choose to move from fear to possibilities?

Imagine if you could see different possible futures that await you, depending on your thoughts and actions that you are feeling and creating today. Each path will show you where you are headed if you choose to: 1. Stay the same, 2. Change your mindset and take action, and 3. Explore and experience a new life direction. The future is not set in stone, nor is there one definite future for you because at any moment you can choose to change your routine, belief system, or start a new journey.

This is true because I can speak from personal and professional experience. Let me share with you a wonderful technique I have used with my clients for decades. Don't worry it will only take a few minutes, and yet the insight you receive will be enlightening.

Find yourself in a comfortable position, in a place where you will be undisturbed. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose for the count of 4, and hold it. Expand your belly as you breathe in (it's okay - no one is watching), and slowly let the breath out from your mouth to the count of 5. Do three long deep breaths. Now find your own comfortable breathing rhythm. You may find that your breathing has slowed down, as well as your heart rate to a nice relaxing pace.

Now imagine that you are walking down a flight of stairs from the count of 10 down to 1. Tell yourself that with each descending number you become more and more relaxed. Without any effort on your part, it just happens. When you reach #1, you may find that you are much more relaxed than you were a moment ago. This is good for you can access this blissful relaxed state anytime you wish or need to.

Now with you wonderful imagination, see yourself walking in the forest. Perhaps you can see the trees turning, or leaves blowing in the wind. Maybe you can hear the birds chirping, or hear the crunch of the forest floor as you walk. I wonder if you can feel a gentle breeze on your skin, or the warmth of the sun on your face. Perhaps you just know that you are walking in the forest now. Any way you perceive - it's all good.

As you continue to walk, you notice 3 paths ahead of you. They all lead to possible futures for you. Choose one of the paths now to explore and experience. Give yourself at least a minute to see, feel, hear and just know what is happening. Do not judge, just notice how you feel about what you are experiencing. You will just know when you done, and ready to come back to the point of where the paths begin.

Next choose a 2nd path to experience. Take another minute and once again, just observe. Let the scene unfold, without any conscious creating on your part. Just allow it to emerge. Notice how you "feel" about this path. When you are finished exploring it, move back to the forest and make the choice to explore the 3rd path.

On this last final movement into the future, become a witness or a participant in this scenario. Notice who you are with, what you are doing, and most importantly, how are you feeling. Let the scene continue giving you more clues until you know when you are finished.

Come back to the forest and reflect on all 3 paths that offered you CHOICES. This is important for you to realize. You can manifest any of these paths depending on where you put your thoughts, energy and emotions right now. You need to ask yourself, "Which path is for my highest good", and "Why"?

I recently did this exercise for myself: Path #1 showed me a very hectic busy life. Filled with professional accomplishment but hardly any time for family and friends. Path #2 showed me living in a downsized adult community where I led a simple, much more quiet life, but had plenty of time for family, friends and creative pursuits. Path#3 showed me a life that combined paths #1 and #2. I knew immediately upon coming back to the forest which path I wanted to manifest. Other times, I saw paths that were disturbing and challenging. Once again, I was grateful that I knew I had a choice to change my current beliefs and behaviors or else I would be headed down those disheartening futures. I knew I had to plant "seeds" instead of "weeds" with my thoughts, emotions and behaviors .

This is a very easy yet powerful technique that you can use anytime you need clarity. Tap into your own psychic within...for your higher self will always show you the correct path and always for your highest good.
